Fetching Finn Inc. will, at its sole discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for one payment on a defective product may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Customers may cancel recurring billing subscription products at any time. If a customer requests a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future charges will be processed to their account.
There are no refunds on services that include custom digital media design work or technical assistance.
Digital products will be accessible immediately after purchase. If a technical glitch does not immediately deliver your sign-in instructions, you will gain access to the digital material as soon as our team is able to get the information to you (within 48 hours).
Fetching Finn Inc. is not liable if the failure or delay of digital product delivery is on account of causes beyond its control. This includes labor disputes, civil commotion, war, fires, floods, inclement weather, governmental regulations or controls, casualty, government authority, strikes, or acts of God. In this event, Fetching Finn Inc. will deliver the product within a reasonable time after the circumstance is resolved.
